BELOW ARE SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT TRAMPOLINES:

How safe is Trampolining?
Trampolining is very safe if carried out in a responsible manner. Children should be supervised at all times and weight limits adhered to. We recommend a Safety Enclosure as a great way of increasing safety.

How many people can bounce together?
Some manufacturers recommend single user at any one time, others provide a multiple user weight limit. We think that if the Trampoline is large enough then two or three children can safely bounce together with careful supervision.

Are Trampolines hard to assemble?
Most people are surprised at how easy it is to put a trampoline together, carefully following instructions, most people can put a Trampoline with a Safety Enclosure together in about 2 hours. Click here to see Jane & Eric, 2 intrepid Grandparents assembling a JumpPod!

Can I leave a Trampoline outside in winter?
All our Trampolines are constructed from quality components designed to endure the elements. Frames and springs are galvanised to prevent rust and frame pads are waterproof and UV stable. We have many models on display all year round, they are all withstanding anything that the Cornish elements throw at them!

Can I put a Trampoline on the slope in my garden?
If the slope is 15% or less you can level your Trampoline by digging an 8cm wide trench to accommodate the uphill leg base. The downhill leg base is then supported on notched treated wood blocks.

Can I sink a Trampoline in my garden?

What's the difference between a cheap and expensive Trampoline?
There are certainly some great Trampolines available at very affordable prices, but we believe that you get what you pay for. The more expensive Trampolines that we sell are manufactured without compromise. Frames and springs are fully galvanised quality steel, frame pads are thicker, multi-stitched and covered in nylon backed PVC. Fastenings and fittings are better quality and design. All these factors combine to provide a superior bounce performance, increased safety and greater durability. Any Trampoline purchase is a considerable investment, buying the best that you can afford will ensure many years of pleasure.

Can I get replacement parts for a Trampoline?
You shouldn’t need spare parts for many years, however as your trampoline is likely have a lot of use, a full range of spares is always available.

My children are 6 and 8, which Trampoline should I buy?
If you are looking at a short-term purchase, a smaller Trampoline would be fine for a couple of years, however, your children may outgrow the Trampoline, leaving you with the possibility of buying a bigger Trampoline. In many ways it makes sense to get a “future proof” Trampoline first time round. Don't forget that your Trampoline will still be going strong in ten years time, and the kids will still be bouncing!

Do I need a Trampoline cover?
We recommend a cover for your Trampoline if it will be in a position where it may need protection from dirt, bird droppings or leaves for example.

Should I get a Tie Down Kit for my Trampoline?
We strongly recommend a Tie Down Kit as this can help to prevent your Trampoline being blown over in very high winds.
